Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all Practitioners using the XDULR platform. Our platform operates on a wallet-based system where Practitioners are charged for services they use. This policy outlines the procedures for account cancellation, refunds of unused wallet funds, and the handling of purchased add-on services.

Note: This policy does not govern the relationship between Practitioners and their Clients. Practitioners are responsible for setting their own cancellation policies for their clients.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Practitioners. If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason, you may cancel your account within the first 30 days of your initial signup date.

Upon cancellation within this period, we will refund the entire amount you have deposited into your Practitioner Wallet. All per-appointment fees incurred during this 30-day period will be waived and refunded. However, this guarantee is subject to the following deductions for specific services:

  • Non-Refundable Services: The cost of any one-time purchases or activated subscription services will be deducted from your wallet balance before a refund is issued. This includes, but is not limited to, the AI-Generated Website, White Label Platform subscriptions, and 1TB Secure Storage subscriptions.
  • Example 1 (Add-on Purchase): If you deposit $100 into your wallet and purchase the AI-Generated Website for $78, your refundable balance under the 30-day guarantee would be $22.
  • Example 2 (Appointment Fees): If you deposit $50, have 10 appointments (incurring a total of $4.50 in fees, leaving a wallet balance of $45.50), and then cancel within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of your initial $50 deposit. The $4.50 in appointment fees are covered by our guarantee and will be refunded to you.

3. Standard Account Cancellation & Wallet Refunds

After the initial 30-day period, you may cancel your account at any time. Per-appointment fees are charged as they are incurred and are non-refundable.

To receive a refund of any unused funds remaining in your Practitioner Wallet, you must contact our customer support team. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after verification.

4. Subscription & Add-on Services

All subscription services (e.g., White Label Platform, 1TB Secure Storage) and one-time purchases (e.g., AI-Generated Website) are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the billing period has begun.

5. Domain & Phone Number Transfers

We understand that you may wish to take your branding with you if you decide to leave our platform.

  • Standard Transfers: Any domain names or phone numbers that you have purchased through the XDULR platform can be transferred to another provider upon request. Please contact customer support to initiate this process.
  • Promotional Transfers Condition: If a domain name or phone number was provided to you for free or as part of a promotional sign-up offer, you must maintain an active account on the XDULR platform for a minimum of 180 days before you become eligible to transfer that domain or number to another provider.
