Last Updated: August 2, 2025

1. Consent to Store Information

By creating an account on the XDULR platform, whether as a Practitioner or a Client, you acknowledge and explicitly consent to the storage of your information on our secure databases. This information is essential for the functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining your account and user session.
  • Facilitating appointment scheduling and management.
  • Enabling secure communication between Practitioners and their Clients.
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions.
  • Allowing you to store, manage, and access your personal, professional, or health-related data.

We are committed to protecting your data with robust security measures. Your information will be stored for the entire duration that your account remains active.

2. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. The process and its implications for your data are outlined below.

2.1. Standard Deletion Process

When you initiate an account deletion request, we will permanently remove all of your personal, operational, and sensitive information from our active databases. This action is irreversible and includes:

  • For Practitioners: Your profile, business details, services, staff information, client lists, appointment history (where not linked to a Client's retained financial record), and all other operational data you have created.
  • For Clients: Your personal profile, contact information, health and legal data, appointment history, communication records, and any documents you have uploaded.

2.2. Exceptions to Immediate Deletion

For legal, financial, and security reasons, we are required to retain certain information for a limited period even after your account has been deleted. By using our service, you consent to the retention of the following specific data categories:

  • Payment & Billing Information: To comply with financial regulations and to manage any outstanding payments, disputes, or refunds, we will retain a record of all financial transactions. This includes payment history, wallet transactions, and Stripe-related transaction IDs. This information will be kept for the period required by law (typically 7 years) and will then be permanently deleted.
  • Information Required for Legal Action: In the rare event of a breach of our Terms of Service, a legal dispute, or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to retain basic contact and identification information. This information will be used solely for the purpose of investigation or taking necessary legal action and will be retained only as long as is reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Except for the specific cases listed above, all other information associated with your account will be permanently and irrevocably deleted upon your request.
