Fair Use Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

At XDULR, we may offer services described as "unlimited." The purpose of this Fair Use Policy is to clarify that "unlimited" is intended for normal, reasonable business use and to prevent misuse of our services. Our goal is to provide a high-quality, reliable experience for all our Practitioners. This policy ensures that the usage of a small number of heavy-use customers does not negatively impact the service for the majority.

2. Definition of Fair Use

Our platform is designed for independent professionals and small to medium-sized businesses. "Fair Use" means your usage of our services is consistent with the typical patterns of such a business. It is not intended for high-volume, automated, or enterprise-level activities that place an excessive load on our shared infrastructure.

Activities that may be considered outside of Fair Use include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive, automated, or high-frequency API calls that are not typical for standard application use.
• Using the platform for large-scale, unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) via our Communications hub.
• Storing an abnormally large volume of high-resolution files or data that is not directly related to your practice's client management needs.
• Reselling, sharing, or otherwise distributing your account access to multiple distinct businesses or a large number of unauthorized users.
• Any usage that systematically degrades the performance, stability, or availability of the XDULR platform for other users.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

We monitor overall system usage to ensure a high-quality service for all our customers. If we detect usage patterns that are inconsistent with this Fair Use Policy, we will take a collaborative approach.

1. Contact: We will first contact you to discuss your usage patterns and better understand your needs. In many cases, a simple conversation can resolve the issue.
2. Collaboration: We may work with you to find a more suitable solution, which could include optimizing your usage or transitioning to a custom plan designed for higher-volume needs.
3. Restriction or Suspension: As a last resort, if usage continues to violate this policy and negatively impact the service for others, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access to the specific services being misused.

Our aim is never to penalize your success, but to ensure the long-term health and reliability of the platform for our entire community of Practitioners.
